Beaches On Wave COVID-19 HYGIENE PRACTICES

We are looking forward in welcoming you and your family back to ‘Beaches On Wave’, with priority of your safety during this virus period and after.

We have restructured our cleaning procedures to enhance the cleaning of the facility and rooms to make it as clean and infection free as possible.

CLEANERS & STAFF

All are wearing gloves and regularly using hand sanitiser at begin of shift, during and at end.

APARTMENTS

• All apartments are cleaned with a stronger disinfectant than previously used as recommended by health department, all possible touch areas are cleaned and wiped.
• Apartment are inspected by David and Eva (Managers) then locked, next person to enter the apartment is the guest after check in.

COMMON AREAS

• A daily disinfecting has been introduced of all common area including door handles, hand rails, rubbish bins, fob buttons, entry exit buttons. This procedure will remain until virus is cleared.
• Pool, spa and BBQ area is open with social distancing practices in place.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT

• Check in procedure remain very similar with hand sanitiser available at reception, social distancing is adhered to. All keys and fobs are sanitised at check in and check out.
• At check in a self assessment and declaration that as far as you know you are free of the coronavirus form to be completed.

We want you to be and feel safe without going overboard and having signs and checks everywhere. After all you are on holiday and want to enjoy yourself in a safe environment.
